Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods in our logistics/courier facility. The Warehouse Manager will ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly to support our delivery network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch scheduling.
- Manage warehouse staff: plan shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers, logistics partners, and operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and security protocols.
- Implement and maintain warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce handling time.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance metrics such as order accuracy, stock levels, and dispatch timelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics leadership role.
- Experience with courier or third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
