- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, dispatching, and stock movement.
- Implement best practices in warehousing procedures and layout optimization.
- Ensure accuracy of stock through regular cycle counts, monthly inventory audits, and reconciliation.
- Ensure all warehouse transactions are properly documented (receiving reports, issue slips, stock cards, etc.).
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to align schedules.
- Monitor and minimize losses due to damage, expiry, or theft.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect goods for damage or quality issues upon receipt. Take appropriate action to resolve any issues with suppliers or vendors.
Job qualification
- Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or any related field.
- With at least 1 year relatable experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with construction materials.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Upholds honesty, accountability, and transparency.
- Ensures high accuracy in documentation and inventory.
- Implements and follows warehouse rules consistently.
- Coordinates effectively with departments and team members.
- Anticipates needs, stock levels, and process improvements

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
