DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAJOR:
- Read and interpret order slips/picklist to determine items to be picked.
- Locate and retrieve items from storage areas.
- Ensure picked items match order specifications.
- Prepare and label the items correctly for loading.
- Maintain accurate records of picked orders.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Assist in other warehouse activities as needed.
- Conduct daily cycle count.
- Support in ensuring that the Quality Management System requirements are being followed and complied.
MINOR:
- Adhere to warehouse SOP and company policies.
- Other task required by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse or picking role
- Knowledge of order picking and packing procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to use handheld scanners and other picking equipment
