Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
- Verify and document all inventory in and out of the warehouse.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Supports in the disposal process of obsolete inventory.
- Scan and print mPINs for deliveries and product tracking (Track & Trace Tool).
- Ensure accurate tagging and matching of mPINs to respective items.
- Check Free-of-Charge (FOC) items and sample requests prior to dispatch.
- Assist in packing, staging, and verifying shipments for delivery.
- Documentation & System Support
- Stock count of inventories in both CP and Rice warehouses
- Maintain organized files and reports related to inventory and transactions
- General Warehouse Operations
- Assist in loading/unloading of goods
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe
- Support cycle counts and audits as required.
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory systems)
- Attention to detail, dependable, and able to lift goods when needed
- With positive work attitude
