The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and logistics to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods across all BBK Group locations. The role involves managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments for smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Plan and coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation through proper stock control systems.
- Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness protocols in the warehouse.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for stock replenishment and delivery accuracy.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and warehouse facilities.
- Monitor and reduce transportation and storage costs while maintaining service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics, preferably in F&B or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience supervising a team.
- Knowledge in inventory management systems and logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards.
- Physically fit and willing to be hands-on when necessary.
