- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field., MA or MBA is a Plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory role, in a manufacturing set-up.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams, including performance evaluation, task delegation, and team development.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining safety compliance and warehouse safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize warehouse workflows, including receiving, storage, and dispatching operations.
- Experience in conducting regular inventory checks and audits, ensuring shipment accuracy and proper documentation.
- Background in handling warehouse improvement projects, including process enhancements, system upgrades, and efficiency initiatives.
- Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna Inc, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
