DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises and controls warehouse activities during receiving, put-away, issuance, inventory and dispatch
- Coordinates with various department on warehouse activities to ensure safety and compliance requirements
- Responsible for total manning requirement, warehouse utilization, MHE needed and other resources
- Implements procedures based on company procedures, policies and programs, safety practices, 5S, GWP, ISO and other defined quality programs; ensures all information are properly disseminated
- Validates effectiveness of procedures, policies, program and make improvements if necessary
- Analyses and implements methods of increasing productivity, space utilization, efficient and effective use of available resources
- Trains and develops new warehouse staff thru cross training; evaluates each performance and provide feedback
- Manage and evaluate performance of direct reports
- Provide updates and accomplishments to management on a regular basis
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- College graduate of any course
- At least two (2) years’ experience in the field of warehousing/logistics, manufacturing
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned at Wyeth Canlubang Factory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
