Ultrawell OPC urgently needed a Warehouse Supervisor to be assigned in Bulakan, Bulacan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
- Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
- Communicate job expectations to warehouse employees and provide coaching.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workloads.
- Interface with customers to address questions or solve problems.
- Establish innovative or adjusted work procedures.
- Coordinate activities with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.

Working Days: Monday-Saturday

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
