WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER
As a Team Leader, you will plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations while supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in managing day-to-day activities. You will ensure efficient operations to meet both operational and customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Implement daily work plans for warehouse staff.
- Resolve operational issues and report deviations to the Supervisor.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain records and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- BS in Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
- Experience in construction or manufacturing (preferred).
- Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory, and operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
