We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented MFC Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our MFC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of inbound and outbound processes, implementing operational improvements, and maintaining a high standard of warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inbound and outbound transactions
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of putaway, staging, and dispatch activities
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement timely and effective resolutions
- Ensure optimal utilization of space, docks, and warehouse layout
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse personnel; implement disciplinary actions when necessary
- Evaluate current workflows and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) compliance and ensure proper putaway procedures
- Ensure data accuracy and the completeness of physical documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Plan for future capacity and operational requirements
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated leadership and conflict management abilities
