Qualifications Requirements (Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Behavior):
- At least College Level
- Vocational or technical training is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory operations preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic Math and counting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, if required.
- With knowledge in tool names and specifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to assemble mechanical parts such as bolts, nuts, and other basic components
Major Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Store items in proper locations based on size, type, or use.
- Pick, pack, assemble, and prepare items for dispatch or internal use.
- Assemble mechanical parts such as bolts, nuts, and other basic components
- Conduct routine inventory checks and maintain accurate records
- Identify, handle, and store tools according to their specifications.
- Assist with minor tool repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain a clen, organized and safe work environment
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries
- Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or issues.
- Follow other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- May require extended periods of standing, lifting, or repetitive tasks.
