Job Description:
As a Warehouseman, you’ll handle the day-to-day warehouse activities—from receiving and inspecting deliveries to organizing, sorting, releasing, loading, and unloading materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
Your responsibilities include:
Preparing and submitting Daily Receiving Reports (DRR) for all deliveries
Checking, counting, and documenting all received items (size & quantity)
Inspecting deliveries for damages, shortages, or overages
Implementing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system strictly
Keeping warehouse sorted, secured, and damage-free
Conducting weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times
Assisting in loading/unloading deliveries
Preparing reports (DRR, Inventory, Damage/Missing, Incident Reports, Logbooks)
Suggesting ways to improve warehouse procedures
Requirements & Skills:
Proven warehouse experience in the construction industry
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (hand truck, pallet jack, etc.) is a plus
Computer-literate (Inventory systems, MS Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Physically fit – can lift/move heavy items
At least Vocational or College Undergraduate
