Reporting to Equipment Supervisor, the Welder is accountable and responsible for the all welding related works
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform all level 2 competencies
2. Identify distorsion prevention measures
3. Perform appropriate action to minimize and rectify distorsion
4. Perform welding on alloy steel using GMAW/FCAW
5. Perform gouging
6. Perform oxyacetylene welding
7. Repair welds
8. Perform welding on carbon steel plates and pipes using GMAW/FCAW
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Heavy Equipment welding course graduate
2. At least three (3) years of related experience
3. At least 1 year experience as welder 1
4. Pass required trade test.
5. Heavy equipment welding
