Winston Brand Manager (STA)
As a Brand Manager, you will have the outstanding opportunity to craft the future of Winston in the market. This role is perfect for an exceptionally driven individual with a proven track record in brand management and a passion for building strong consumer connections.
As the Winston Brand Manager, you will:
- Take charge of guiding the brand's direction by recognizing key opportunities and challenges, analyzing portfolios and channels, and creating brand, pricing, and communication strategies.
- Build compelling, consumer-focused communication strategies across channels (e.g., Digital, Trade) and adapt global toolkits into fresh, locally relevant campaigns that address field and sales needs.
- Analyze brand health metrics, market dynamics, and trends to inform planning, track performance, and guide product launches or portfolio changes.
- Drive development and launch of new products or claims, including full 360° plans and performance monitoring in collaboration with Digital, Sales, and Field Marketing.
- Coordinate brand operations: manage budgets, forecast demand, work with Supply Chain for timely delivery, and lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to minimize disruptions and write-offs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in guiding cross-functional teams and coordinating with various partners.
- Successfully developed and implemented brand strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
