Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Do you thrive in a role that keeps operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Workforce Coordinator who will play a critical role in managing attendance, supporting healthcare teams, and ensuring seamless workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Diligently monitor and maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records
Ensure precise data tracking for all healthcare associates
Proactively address and resolve attendance discrepancies
Support team members with attendance-related concerns and questions
Provide regular client updates on schedule adherence and attendance status
Collaborate with internal teams to enforce timekeeping policies
Route attendance-related requests to clients for proper approval
▪ Includes time-offs, undertime, coaching pullouts, bereavement notices, and more
Perform other workforce coordination tasks as assigned
You Might Be the One If You Have...
A strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and coordination skills
The ability to work with minimal supervision and under time pressure
Experience in timekeeping, scheduling, or workforce support (preferred but not required)
Start Date: August or as soon as possible
Schedule: Aligned with US Time Zones
