Role Workplace Engineering Track Associate Responsibilities Receives proper handover from project to BAU Suggests improvements in the design/process to ease workflows Day to Day Support of Workplace Virtualization Production Environment Maintains High availability & Load balancing of all core, leveraged, dependent components Conducts validation testing in UAT and change management to production Performs any short term projects that relate to existing system expansion or enhancement Escalates high severity issues & works along with consultants from service impact to improvement plans Help develop automation capabilities wherever possible to reduce issues & complexity Work with multiple teams to address complex issues under L3 Engineer guidance Troubleshooting basic to intermediate platform issues Troubleshooting user issues Ticket handling as per agreed SLAs Ensure Backup & restore of workspaces per agreement Ensure policy controls & security level on workspaces as expected Maintains & improves customer experience & satisfaction Vendor co-ordination & follow-up Creates daily/weekly/monthly reports on system statistics, capacity, usage, analytics & other metrics Perform all periodic activities Daily/weekly/monthly The Role offers An opportunity to re-imagine technical support in a structured BAU framework of a large stack of technology products bundled under Virtual Desktop services Apply technology capabilities to add value to the business and operations High visibility, opportunity to interact with multiple groups within the organization, technology vendors and implementation partners Develop all rounded capability in technologies that span across all kinds of virtualization services, automation, cloud hosting and modern workplace solutions.
