Position Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Food Order Processing:
- Coordinate and manage daily food orders for employees.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with orders.
- Locker Issuance and Tracking:
- Assign lockers to employees and maintain an updated record.
- Track locker usage and handle any related issues or requests.
- Ensure lockers are in good condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Pedestal Issuance and Tracking:
- Manage the issuance of pedestals to employees.
- Keep accurate records of pedestal assignments.
- Address any issues related to pedestal usage and maintenance.
- Work Permit Processing:
- Process work permits for employees and contractors.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Office Supplies Issuance:
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies.
- Issue supplies to employees as needed.
- Reorder supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Ticket Monitoring:
- Track and monitor tickets related to administrative requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets and communicate updates to employees.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Other Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with general office management and maintenance.
- Support workplace experience initiatives and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the administrative team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or analyst role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
