Bachelor's degree in Computer science or IT related field
Industry training/certification such as Microsoft MCITP, CCENT etc.
4+ years hands-on IT Support experience
2+ years experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10
Experience supporting Macintosh OS 10.10 or later

Amazon's Global IT team is looking for best-in-class client-side support personnel. You will provide quality technical support to internal customers through all available channels, meeting or exceeding their expectations at every opportunity.

The successful Technical Support Technician will be customer focused and motivated by team success. You will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests. You will also be committed, flexible, and have demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.

Experience with Bomgar or other remote support tools
Experience in IT Ticketing Systems such as Service Now, Remedy and other IT ticketing tools
Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
End User/Customer Service Skills
Experience with Data Cabling
