Tenant Relations Officer

  • Responsible for the proper implementation of the company’s existing guidelines and requirements pertaining to the construction and renovation activities of all mall tenants to ensure that works completed are within specified plans and standard of the company
  • Ensures tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, company house rules and regulation
  • Assist tenants in resolving construction related problems and issues in coordination with engineering and leasing department
  • Facilitate the expeditious processing of tenants’ temporary and final clearances to operate
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, checking and monitoring of electrical and mechanical equipment of the property and tenant area to ensure that all facilities are in excellent working conditions
  • Inspects tenants area, making sure that the design is within the criteria or parameters of management standards and policy
  • Implement policies and regulations to all tenant workers, in-house maintenance and contractors to guarantee safety of tenants, customers and employees
  • Responsible for documentation of the progress of existing initiatives, status of the facilities and the presentation of created reports to the Mall administrator and Engineering Operations Manager
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned


  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or other related course
  • Mall Management- Knowledgeable in mall operations
  • Lease Function – Knowledgeable in Leasing Marketing and Admin functions
  • Competencies – Negotiation skills and tenant management
  • Product Knowledge – Deep understanding in mall/retail industry
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably 2 years specializing in handling Tenant Relations and Tenant Management In an Officer level
  • Excellent communication both written and oral skills
  • Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional manner
  • Well developed customer service and decision making skills
  • Reports and Presentation management skills
  • People management and Highly Organized
  • Keen to details and has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Highly proficient in using MS Application (Word, Excel and PPT)
  • Standard office equipment
  • English and Filipino
