About The Role

Role Location: MDC 100 Building, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City, Philippines

Role Type: Full-time

Shift Schedule: Must be open to rotating and shifting schedules, Morning and Mid Shift, On-Site Work set up

The Customer Service Consultant is trained to resolve customer enquiries at first point of contact and make informed decisions early in the call (adhering to best practice procedures) to transfer customers to the appropriate Solutions group where identified that the call may be a more complex type of enquiry.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the ff:

Experienced in customer service in a contact centre environment.
Financial or banking experience preferred.
Proven background in achieving and exceeding individual targets and ensuring accurate delivery of customer enquiries and instructions.
Adherence to standards by following contact centre processes and guidelines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and good understanding of telephony/financial systems.
