Position: Key Account Supervisor
Job Description:
As an Account Development Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and building strong relationships with our customers in either the OSR or FSR channel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing key accounts and driving the current customer portfolio
- Developing product engagements and projects with assigned customers
- Owning the entire value chain from idea conception to supply and planning
- Conducting price negotiations and A&R control to ensure profitability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions

- Several years of experience in a similar role within the foodservice or retail industry
- Experience within chilled or frozen food products preferred

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate; Culinary Education, Economics, Business, Marketing, or similar
- Has at least 3–5 years of professional experience in a sales/commercial role
- Has experience with frozen or chilled food products
- Background with National or Regional accounts preferred
