Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates issuance and renewal of insurance policies.
- Monitors and follows up emails and calls on requested policies, renewals and endorsements
- Updates clients of their requested policies and other related documents
- Prepares proposals/quotation of various lines for submission to clients
- Coordinates with insurance companies for the rates and approval of proposal/quotation.
- Issues and authenticates COC (Certificate of Cover) policy / Cover note.
- Ensures accuracy on all details provided regarding the policy and is also should be within the Fair Market Value.
- Prepares transmittal of policy notices to clients for delivery.
- Monitors and collects receivables from clients.
- Clerical and filing duties to maintain an organized record file.
- Other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Science, Communications or equivalent
- With atleast 5 years' experience handling non-life insurance products
- Able to establish rapport with clients and business partners
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extensive product knowledge
- Willing to report onsite in Makati

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
