Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all official business interactions.
Needs Assessment:
Understanding client needs, goals, and challenges to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Strategy Development:
Developing and implementing account plans to achieve client objectives and maximize client satisfaction.
Internal Coordination:
Coordinating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
Communication:
Effectively communicating with clients, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing account performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Upselling and Cross-selling:
Identifying opportunities to expand business with existing clients by offering additional products or services.
