About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team and take charge of clien onboarding and retention. You will be the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery, and actively working to maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including kick-off meetings, setup, training, and follow-ups to ensure a positive start.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and business needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing concerns to drive retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop and execute client retention strategies, including regular check-ins, performance reviews, and value demonstration.
- Track key client metrics (usage, satisfaction, renewals) and report on account health.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling in partnership with sales teams.
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely and clear responses to inquiries and requests.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or related roles, preferably in SaaS, marketing, or service industries.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.
- Experience with CRM and client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
