Your Role
As the Account Manager for Government Accounts, you will be the primary point of contact for key government clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth delivery of services tailored to government needs.
Location: Bacoor Cavite or Mandaluyong (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key government stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector
- Lead the end-to-end sales process: from pitching to closing deals
- Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and documentation for government projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on government procurement processes and relevant regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in B2G sales, account management, or business development
- Strong knowledge of government procurement and bidding processes (PhilGEPS, BAC procedures, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willing to travel for client meetings and government visits when necessary
- Experience in the IT or technology sector is an advantage
