Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard qualified clients through fieldwork, referrals, and community engagement
- Promote SME, REM, and other business loan products based on market needs
- Conduct credit interviews, business validation, and field assessments
- Assist clients with document completion and coordinate smooth loan processing
- Monitor released accounts, ensuring payment behavior is aligned with terms
- Conduct regular field visits for collections follow-up and relationship management
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and active clients
Qualifications:
- No specific degree required; field experience in loan sales or collections is highly preferred
- Willing and able to conduct daily fieldwork for both acquisition and collection
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Comfortable with documentation and organized in handling loan files
- Confident, persistent, and target-driven
