We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Account Officer to be part of our expanding team. This role focuses on developing strong client relationships, supporting business growth initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination between operations, marketing, and customer service. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to company success while providing outstanding client experiences.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and business partnerships.
- Conduct preliminary evaluations, including client background and credit checks.
- Oversee the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding to contract renewal.
- Represent the company in meetings, orientations, and events by presenting products and services effectively.
- Collect client feedback and recommend customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders across both private and public sectors.
- Assist with marketing efforts such as lead generation, campaigns, and presentations.
- Track market movements, competitor activities, and customer trends to support strategy development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, financial records, and related client documentation.
- Keep detailed and organized records of client communications, transactions, and files.
- Generate reports, including weekly activity logs, monthly performance reviews, and client portfolio summaries.
- Suggest process improvements based on client interactions and operational insights.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in account management, client servicing, or related roles (background in financial services or lending is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional networks; having established client connections is a plus.
