We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader to manage a team of customer service representatives in our Logistics Account. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in BPO operations, preferably in logistics support (e.g., Shipment tracking, last-mile delivery, freight coordination), and a proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate frontline agents to achieve performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the team supporting logistics and supply chain functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, delivery issues, and appointment setting.
- Conduct regular team huddles, one-on-ones, and coaching sessions to ensure performance improvement.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports to operations managers and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and suggest changes to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
