Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Performance: Engage in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities, supporting the preparation of periodic accounts and operational reports.
- Cost Management: Review and analyze labor costs and manage overhead costs effectively.
- Leadership & Culture: Drive organizational change with a focus on consistency, discipline, and efficiency within your team and across the broader company matrix.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with various internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold our Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Cultural Framework and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce or any related field.
- Certification as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial/accounting roles within construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with ERP and reporting systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and within diverse teams.
