The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a full-time Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with one of our company directors and play a vital part in supporting our clients by delivering accurate, insightful, and compliant financial services. We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented—someone who asks the right questions and can thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end accounting functions with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure financial compliance and accuracy in all reporting and documentation
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and company leadership
- Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new tools or systems
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Background in Research & Development accounting is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data at a high level
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Xero is an advantage
- Previous experience in audit and/or financial reporting is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Reliable internet connection (minimum of 30 Mbps; must support video conferencing via Skype)

- Competitive salary starting at PHP 35,000+, depending on experience
