As an Accounting / Administrative Assistant, you will play a key support role in managing day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on document handling, communication, and compliance-related tasks. You will be responsible for managing emails, organizing client documents, coordinating ATO-related activities, and ensuring timely lodgment of PAYG and tax documents. The role also includes preparing reports, managing calendars, handling calls, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Handling and managing email account
- Checking and arranging client's various documents and all other business correspondences
- Actioning ATO related tasks
- Collating and checking of letters and correspondences from ATO portal
- Drafting, sending and follow-up of misc emails
- Filing of relevant documents
- Answering and making phone calls
- Preparing management and compliance reports on a timely basis
- Maintaining a calendar of activities and tasks list for the team
- Checking and lodgement of PAYG Installment
- Collation, lodgment and filing of Tax Documents
- Responsible in handling sensitive client information
Required Skills:
- Good written & communication skills (English)
