ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & RECEIVABLE
- Process and manage incoming invoices from suppliers, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and payment terms.
PAYROLL PROCESSING
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and proper deductions.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and track timecards.
FINANCIAL REPORTING
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial data.
OTHER DUTIES
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and best practices for the construction industry.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
