We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in accounting to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the accounting team with daily financial transactions and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments
- Monitor and reconcile inventory records, collaborating with procurement and operations teams
- Assist with month-end close activities and preparation of financial reports
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of accounting experience, specifically in accounts payable and inventory
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient with accounting software
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience in the automotive or construction industry is a plus, but not required
- Can start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
