Job Description:
VCM The Skin Center is looking for a detail-oriented Audit & Payroll Associate to join our team. This role ensures accuracy in daily sales and inventory monitoring, payroll preparation, and incentive computation based on staff performance and attendance. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working with numbers in a clinic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and reconcile daily sales reports with clinic inventory.
- Prepare payroll and staff incentives based on attendance and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the accountant for financial reporting and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Submit timely reports to management for decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Can work independently and part-time.
Work Setup & Compensation:
- Part-time position (20–25 hours per week).
- Competitive pay: ₱12,000–₱15,000/month plus incentives.
- On-site work at VCM The Skin Center, Cabanatuan.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
