BS Accounting or Accounting Technology graduate from a reputable university/ college; has good scholastic records; with at least one (1) year of work experience in general accounting, payables, billing, and collection-related work, preferably in the real estate industry; knowledgeable in accounting system programs; computer literate especially in using Word and Excel; has good interpersonal skills; confident and with a bright attitude; adaptable; trainable; meticulous; can work under pressure and less supervision; aligns with the organization's shared values
