Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1 year of experience in general accounting or finance roles
Experience with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or QNE)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares and record journal voucher entries for adjustments in the books of accounts
Monitoring and checking of employee’s liquidation
Prepares monthly accrual entries
Responsible in the recording and updating the fixed asset lapsing schedule and amortization of prepaid expenses
Bank account management.
Responsible for filing tax returns and reports in Electronic Filing and Payment System (EFPS) monthly, quarterly, and annually for compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
Responsible for the preparation of NEWPORT payment vouchers.
Prepares vouchers and cheques payment.
Coordinate and provide information to external auditors for the annual audit
In charge for submission of audited financial statements to the BIR (EAFS)
Assisting to provide company documents if needed, such as Certificate of Registration, Company Profile, Business Permits and others
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
