The Accounting Associate is responsible in the day to day finance operations – recording, computing, collecting, analyzing and verifying all transactions for use in maintaining accounting records of the hotel. He/she will be reporting to the Accounting Head and will be coordinating with Hotel Operations and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed
· Cash handling functions for the hotel and reconcile all cash dropped at the front desk.
· Records Daily Sales Report
· Checks rooms master list versus Daily Sales Report
· Compiles Monthly Sales Report
· Process authorized purchase requests and market list as needed.
· Canvass and records market list
· Records daily breakfast production
· Records purchases, delivery, and other related works on POS
· Monitors Daily Series Monitoring of receipts and forms
· Posts F&B Running Balances
· Approves Petty Cash Release
· Receives and dispatch transmittal of accounting documents
· Monitor monthly actual counting of inventories within the kitchen
· Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
· Report any variances to the concerned department heads.
· Assist with preparing corporate reporting requirements.
· Other related task that may be assigned by the management
Qualifications:
· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Financial Management or similar
· At least 3 years work experience in related field
· Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ Access)
· Knowledge and competency in accounting principles
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· Experience in accounting in hospitality setting is a plus

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
