Accounting Generalist

We are seeking a qualified accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience working as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

Accounting Generalist

Accounts Payable (AP):

• -Review and verify invoices and payment requests.
• -Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• -Process payments to vendors and monitor due dates to avoid penalties.
• -Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• -Prepare and issue billing invoices to customers.
• -Record and track incoming payments.
• -Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with the Sales or Collections team.
• -Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

General Accounting Support:

• -Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• -Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• -Prepare journal entries and support audit requirements.
• -Provide support in preparing financial reports and documentation.

Additional Requirement:

• Must be knowledgeable about BIR processes and regulations.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
