Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions in accounting software
- Help prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Organize and file accounting documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers)
- Support in reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in auditing and compliance tasks
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
