Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Jr. Officer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting core financial operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and upholding compliance with government regulations and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring:
- Key performance indicators of the Financial Services Team
- Balance sheet schedules
- Daily mandatory financial reports
- Analysis & Review:
- Balance sheet schedules
- Assets, receivables, and payables
- BIR withholding tax computations
- Journal entries in the accounting system
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit monthly financial and monitoring reports
- Ensure accurate filing, documentation, and monitoring of all essential financial records
- Timely and complete submission of reports to avoid penalties or surcharges
- Stay updated with changes in government and regulatory rulings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Master’s Degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles
