The Accounting Head manages the day-to-day accounting operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and proper compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and cash management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and submit to the Financial Controller
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
- Oversee bank reconciliations, inventory reconciliation, and fixed asset tracking
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records
- Monitor daily cash flow and coordinate with departments for payment and collection schedules
- Ensure timely submission of tax filings and other government compliance (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Implement financial procedures and controls as directed by the Financial Controller
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits
- Other related task as may be assigned by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
