Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounting Staff to join our expanding finance team. This role involves managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. This opportunity is perfect for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who are motivated to develop their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update accounting records, supporting documents, and financial files.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements and contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
