Job Description:
- Responsible for the whole process of billing and collection starting from the preparation of the invoices up to the collection of payment from the customers.
- Responsible in the flow of Invoice/Counter Receipt and keeps an accurate record of all related accountable forms.
- To prepare reports on time for submission to the Accounting Manager for the preparation of the Financial Statement.
- Preparation of Invoices
- Customer Payment and Collection
- Job Order, Purchase Order and Quotation matching and Monitoring
- Reports generation
Qualification:
- BS Accountancy Graduate
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting (entry-level candidates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of billing cycles, collection processes, and credit policies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-service orientation.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taytay, Rizal
