Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for an opportunity to grow and lead? We are looking for Two (2) Accounting Supervisors to join our team, each specializing in a different section of our Accounting Department.
Available Positions:
✅ Accounting Supervisor – Cost Accounting (Timog Avenue, Quezon City based)
✅ Accounting Supervisor – Sales Accounting (Timog Avenue, Quezon City based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Management & Analysis
- Analyze operational costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to optimize efficiency.
- Identify cost drivers and recommend strategies for cost control.
- Assist in cost estimation, pricing decisions, and forecasting for new products or services.
- Prepare cost management reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure proper cost allocation and assess the financial impact of production and business operations.
- Sales Accounting
- Record and reconcile sales transactions accurately in accounting systems.
- Ensure proper revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and issue invoices, and support timely customer collections.
- Reconcile sales data with financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closings with accurate sales figures.
- Handle sales tax calculations and compliance (e.g., VAT, GST).
- Assist with audits by maintaining proper documentation and controls.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular sales reports for management analysis.
- Support system and process improvements to enhance efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelors' degree in Accountancy
- Three to five years of supervisory-level experience is required
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Attention to detail
- Ensure the accuracy of the data
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting and financial software
