Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing and various accounting-related administrative tasks
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth business operations
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars efficiently
- Organize, maintain, and file important documents and company records
- Assist with basic social media posting as needed
- Handle other ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Highly analytical with a proactive, take-charge attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting tools (e.g., SAP, Xero)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be available for full-time, onsite work at our Mandaue City office
