- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Licensed CPA is a plus but not a requirement
- With at least 2 years of experience in handling General Accounting and Financial Reports but
- fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Computer Proficient (MS Applications, Accounting Systems)
Responsibilities:
1. Perform bank reconciliation for all accounts.
2. Receive, process and disburse petty cash requests.
3.Ensure that petty cash advances are immediately liquidated and properly documented
4. Fixed Asset Administration
5. Maintain General Ledger, Journal Entry Ledger and Asset Ledger
6. Maintain ledger and prepares journal entry for various accruals of expenses and amortization of prepayments.
7.Reconcile General Ledger and subsystem accounts on a monthly basis
8. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget(i.e.fixed assets, prepayments, operating, etc)
9 .Perform Accounting/Administration projects as assigned and agreed with the Financial Controller.
10. Prepare computation for BIR filing of returns on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for Income Tax Return, VAT and Fringe Benefit Tax
11.Filing of BIR Quarterly List of Sales and Purchases (SLSP), Central Bank of the Philippines quarterly reporting, Department of Labor and Employment annual reporting and Securities and Exchange Commission annual reporting of GIS and GFFS.
12. Annual filing of BIR books of accounts.
13. Annual payment of BIR renewal of registration (Form 0605).
14. Prepare month-end reports related to management accounting requirements (Finance Commentary, F&A Report, CTA Reports, Management Book)
The role will basically handle General Accounting, Bank Recon and Financial Reports.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
