Role Description
The Accounts and Production Manager will be responsible in overseeing end-to-end production phase for multiple projects, managing budgets, schedules, resources, and timelines; sources and manages relationships with external vendors. The APM shall ensure timeline adherence and effective communication and will also be responsible for leading and mentoring team members, and ensuring that clients' expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Experience in production management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience in a creative agency or related field is a plus
