We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of LED Media Partnerships to lead the commercial success of our new 3D LED billboard installation in the heart of BGC. This role will drive the full sales lifecycle — from identifying potential advertisers, pitching the media asset, negotiating contracts, and closing deals, to maintaining long-term client relationships.
You will also oversee coordination between internal teams, creative agencies, and clients to ensure a seamless video scheduling and airing process, with the support of a Sales Associate and an After-Sales Coordinator.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to sell advertising slots on the 3D LED screen.
- Identify, pitch, and convert prospective brand clients, ad agencies, and media buyers.
- Create tailored proposals, pitch decks, and rate cards to attract premium advertisers.
- Track sales pipeline, hit monthly and quarterly targets, and report directly to management.
Client & Partner Management
- Build strong relationships with local and international brands seeking high-impact visual advertising.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and contract negotiations.
- Onboard clients post-sale, ensuring smooth handover to the After-Sales Coordinator.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Oversee the end-to-end process of ad slot fulfillment — from asset submission to screen scheduling.
- Liaise with the After-Sales Coordinator, creative agencies, and our technical team to ensure each campaign meets timing and quality standards.
- Ensure timely and professional communication to keep clients updated on campaign logistics and performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
