Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate (Open to Fresh Graduates)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in accounting and finance. The role involves processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to confirm accuracy.
- Assist in preparing payment runs, including checks and electronic transfers.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience in accounting/finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Amenable to work in BGC as onsite
- Can start ASAP

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
