Account specific roles and responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts
- Perform statement reviews to ensure all invoices are accounted for
- Communicate with vendors to follow up on missing invoices and statements
- Assist in creating a system to track received and outstanding invoices/statements
- Support utility payment processing and ensure timely disbursements
- Assist with bank reconciliations and payment posting as experience grows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
- US healthcare experience is an advantage
- Good working knowledge with MS Excel
- Familiar with Stampli and Ramp is a PLUS
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
